Been slacking lately due to an exam + essays.
Worked out for the first time in a week:

Squats: 4x5
Deadlifts:4x8
Leg raises 4x6
Pulldowns: 4x6
Pull ups: 1

40mins of walking.


ate 60g of fat, today.
