DAY 2: 148lbs
so, i had a half-day cheat, today:
4 pizzas
handful of chips
yoshinoya combo bowl
2 ice cream pops
starting next week, i'll have 2 cheat meals per week.
Workout:
8 sets of squats 25s with 400 tempo supersetting with lying leg curls 8 sets
couldn't do all because leg felt like it was going to explode.
